Training

Club runs are every Wednesday at 18:15 meeting at Bedale Sports Club (BASA). All are welcome!

Speed interval training takes place on Mondays at 18:30, meeting at Bedale railway station car park during Winter and at BASA during the summer months.

Walking Group

If you prefer, the club also has a speed walking group which meets on a Wednesday night at the same time as the runners
